Delivery & Returns
Delivery made simple
We deliver Australia-wide using Australia Post, with shipping calculated based on your order and delivery location.
We also offer free local delivery on eligible orders within our designated local delivery area, plus free Click & Collect from our York Street store.
Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Oversized, heavy or bulky items may require different delivery arrangements or may be available for Click & Collect only.
Online Returns & Exchanges
Online Orders
If there is an issue with something you purchased from us online, please contact us with your order number and details of the problem so we can help arrange the appropriate next step.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
Change of Mind & Gift Exchanges
We do not generally offer refunds, exchanges or store credit for change-of-mind purchases. Clothing purchased as a gift may be exchanged for another size, subject to availability and the item being returned in its original condition. Return postage for an approved non-fault exchange is at the customer’s expense..
Click & Collect
Prefer to collect your order in store? Choose Click & Collect at checkout and collect your order free from Appleyards at 175 York Street, Albany.
We’ll let you know when your order is ready. Please wait until you receive your Ready for Collection notification before coming into store.
Orders will be held for 7 days unless other arrangements have been made with us.
